THE THESIS

Attention is useless if the market doesn't know why to choose you.

Most businesses are not short on views. They are short on reasons.

The market sees them, files them next to everyone else, and picks on price.

M

Magnetic engineers perception.

How you look, what you say, what you prove, and what people assume about you before they ever call.

A

Apex engineers acquisition.

Where the demand comes from, what it costs, how it converts, and what happens to every lead after it lands.

Together, the business looks, feels and performs like the obvious choice.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY BUILD

This is not a content package.

You are not buying reels. You are not buying ads. We find the constraint that is actually holding the business back, then build around the objective.

01 Perception

  • Positioning & offer architectureWhat you sell, to whom, at what price, and why it beats the alternative.
  • Creative directionThe look, tone and standard everything else gets held to.
  • Short-form contentReels and shorts built to be finished, not just started.
  • Long-form / YouTubeThe depth that turns a viewer into someone who trusts you.
  • Paid ad creativeCreative made to be tested, not admired.

02 Acquisition

  • Meta acquisitionDistribution, targeting and budget against a real cost per booked call.
  • Funnels / landing pagesOne page, one decision, measured end to end.
  • RetargetingThe people who already looked are the cheapest people to close.
  • Lead qualificationYour calendar stops filling with people who were never going to buy.
  • CRM / follow-up systemsNothing sits in an inbox waiting for someone to remember it.

03 Infrastructure

  • Sales infrastructureScripts, stages, handoffs and the numbers that show where deals die.
  • AI automationThe repetitive parts stop consuming a person's day.
  • Reporting / attributionWhat actually produced revenue, not what looked busy.
  • Business systems & operationsGrowth that the fulfillment side can survive.
  • Strategic growth partnershipsWhere it makes sense, we go further in than a vendor would.

THE SYSTEM

Seven steps, in order, every time.

The sequence does not change. What changes is what we find in step one.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

The business, the economics, the customer, the bottleneck, and the outcome you actually want.

  2. 02

    Engineer perception

Positioning, offer, brand language, content architecture, proof and authority.

  3. 03

    Build acquisition

Paid distribution, funnels, lead capture, retargeting and follow-up.

  4. 04

    Produce

Batch shoots, ad creative, organic content, long-form and everything that supports it.

  5. 05

    Deploy

Scheduled and distributed through one operating system instead of six tools and a group chat.

  6. 06

    Learn

Track what created attention, what created trust, and what created leads, booked calls and sales.

  7. 07

    Iterate

Double down on signal. Cut what does not earn its place. The machine gets better each cycle.

OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

The machinery behind the work.

We are not manually rebuilding the process every time. We are building infrastructure that gets smarter across every campaign we run.

Every client, every shoot, every asset and every approval in one place. One source of truth instead of six.

PRODUCTION ENGINE

Footage goes in.
Finished work comes out.

A shoot day used to end with a card full of files and a week of manual sorting. Now the card is the input to a system.

Published

Editors and videographers work inside the system instead of reinventing the process for every client. That is operational leverage, not a gimmick.

BUILT AHEAD

We don't wake up wondering what to post today.

We run a thirty day production buffer. Next month is built before this month ends, so nothing ships in a panic and nothing ships thin.

THE RELATIONSHIP

We don't want to be another vendor.

Most engagements start with content and acquisition. The ones that work tend not to stay there. Where it is warranted, and only where both sides want it, the work goes further into infrastructure, sales systems, hiring, operations, strategic partnerships, revenue share, equity, acquisitions, and eventually exits.

None of that is promised and none of it is the starting point. It is simply where a good partnership is allowed to go.

PROOF

Selected work.

Each engagement starts with a constraint and ends with a system. Details below are being finalized with each client before publication.

Problem

The constraint the business was actually stuck on.

What we changed

The positioning, system or channel we rebuilt.

Result

To be confirmed with the client.

HOW IT STARTS

Three steps, then a decision.

01

Apply

Tell us where the business is now and where you want it to go.

02

Diagnose

We identify the highest-leverage constraint, and say so plainly.

03

Build

If we can materially improve the outcome, we build the system around it. If we can't, we say that instead.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Do you only work with local businesses?

No. We are based in Seattle and a lot of our production work is local because shoot days are physical. Strategy, acquisition and systems work is not tied to a city.

Do you only make content?

No. Content is one output. Most of the value is in positioning, acquisition and the systems that catch what the content produces.

Do you run paid ads?

Yes. Apex runs paid media, funnels and retargeting, and we make the creative that goes into them, which is usually the part that decides the result.

Do we need existing content?

No. If there is usable footage we will use it. If there isn't, the first shoot fixes that.

How much content do you produce?

Enough to keep a thirty day buffer ahead of the schedule. The exact volume depends on the channels and the objective, not on a package tier.

How long before launch?

Diagnosis and positioning come first, then the first shoot, then deployment. It is measured in weeks, and we tell you the dates before we start.

Do you work with competitors?

Not in the same market. We take one business per category per area so the positioning work stays worth something.

Can you work with our internal team?

Yes, and it usually works better that way. Your team keeps the context; our system takes the repetitive load.

How involved do I need to be?

Heavily in the first two weeks, lightly after that. Approvals take minutes on your phone.

What does pricing look like?

It depends on the scope of what has to be built. We quote after the diagnosis, not before, because a number given before we understand the bottleneck is a guess.

Do you do one-off projects?

Rarely. Systems need time to show whether they work. Occasionally a single, well-defined build makes sense, and we will say so.

What happens after we apply?

We review it, and if it looks like a fit we book a call to diagnose. If it isn't, we tell you why rather than leaving it unanswered.
