The service

Magnetic LLC provides short-form video content production for local businesses. Submitting an application does not create a contract or guarantee that we will take you on as a client; engagements are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

You confirm the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the phone number and email given. By applying you consent to be contacted about your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantee of results

Any examples, views, or outcomes referenced are illustrative and not a promise of specific results. Content performance depends on many factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and marks are owned by Magnetic LLC. Deliverables and usage rights for client work are defined in each client's service agreement.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnetic LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
